As a People & Culture Advisor, you will partner with leaders and employees to create a positive workplace experience by providing practical HR guidance, supporting employee relations, and helping drive people-focused solutions that support both employee success and business goals.

What You'll Do
- Provide guidance to leaders and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, coaching, and workplace concerns.
- Interpret and apply HR policies, employment legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and minimize organizational risk.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Support organizational change initiatives through leader coaching, communication planning, and change implementation support.
- Monitor immigration-related requirements and risks, providing guidance and updates to HR leadership.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including policy development, employee engagement programs, and process improvements.
- Support key employee lifecycle programs, including onboarding, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, reporting, and employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and supporting operational processes.

What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or HR Advisor role, with a strong foundation in employee relations. CPHR designation or progress toward designation is considered an asset.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and employee relations principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively support leaders and employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining confidential employee information with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
