We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Digital Solutions team in our Winnipeg Head Office.

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of digital and game development projects by keeping teams aligned, communication flowing, and projects moving forward. What You'll Do

  • Coordinate digital and game development projects across multiple customers, ensuring alignment between Product, Development, QA, and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication by organizing and attending internal and customer meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items through to completion.
  • Track project progress, maintain dashboards, and provide regular status updates to keep teams and stakeholders informed.
  • Support QA and customer UAT activities by coordinating test cycles, collecting feedback, and monitoring defect resolution.
  • Create, organize, and maintain project documentation including requirements, release notes, change logs, decisions, and lessons learned.
  • Support requirements gathering and estimation sessions by consolidating inputs, updating project plans, and maintaining schedules, sprint boards, and resource allocations.
  • Manage release communication and approval workflows, ensuring stakeholders are aware of timelines, dependencies, risks, and readiness criteria.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers, escalating as needed to maintain delivery momentum and scope alignment.
  • Maintain project management tools such as Jira, SmartSheet, and related systems to ensure accurate tracking and visibility

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven digital environment.

 

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or gaming environment.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders (must have).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, MS Project, SmartSheet, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle; familiarity with Agile principles is an asset.
  • Experience supporting QA and UAT processes is considered an asset.
  • Agile certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
