We’re looking for a strategic Director, Licensed Games to join our Sales team within our Winnipeg office or remotely.  

As Director, Licensed Games, you will lead innovation and drive the development of high-impact licensed games within our instant ticket portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate with top-tier licensing partners, bring beloved properties to life in ways that captivate players, and shape the future of lottery experiences. You will craft strategic game designs and negotiate powerful licensing agreements, all with the goal of maximizing player engagement and delivering results.

What You'll Do

  • Licensing Strategy: Drive the strategy for the Company’s licensed games portfolio, secure top IPs, and align with the instant product category. Present strategic and financial insights to senior executives.
  • Market Analysis: Identify trends and opportunities in licensed games, demonstrating impact on sales, engagement, and player retention.
  • Innovation & Creative Direction: Lead creative development of branded games and events, including experiential and entertainment-focused activations.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and monitor performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and strong ROI.
  • Compliance: Ensure licensed games meet regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Game Development Leadership: Guide development teams from concept to launch, balancing creativity with compliance.
  • Collaboration & Relationships: Work with internal teams and licensing partners to develop, promote, and sell licensed games, while maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years Sales and/or Licensing experience.  
  • Account Management and Customer Service experience is required.    
  • Experience with quasi-government agencies is an asset but not required.
  • Business to Business experience preferred over Business to Consumer. 
  • Experience in setting strategic direction for sales/marketing.  
  • Strong management skills including demonstrated experience managing and motivating professional staff.  
  • Ability to build relationships with management and staff in all areas and at all levels.
