We’re looking for a detailed oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our Scheduling team within our Winnipeg Office.
The Scheduling Coordinator is to assist the Scheduling team by reviewing Job Tickets, Numbering layouts and jobs in the Scheduling cockpit. The Scheduling Coordinator is also responsible for reviewing all CGAF (new games) as they come in and allocate the game to the appropriate Printing and Finishing plants.

What You'll Do

Review Job Tickets to ensure accuracy of information and routing.

Review Numbering layout and update the Roll Stock spreadsheet.

Review jobs in the Scheduling Cockpit (new and changes) add comments and change flag.

Maintain the Scheduling bucket by checking for changes and new games, accept changes or negotiate with Marketing if needed

Review all CGAF (new games) as they come in and allocate the game to a Printing and a Finishing plant based on traditional guidelines. Negotiate dates with Marketing if the requested timeline does not fit into the current schedule.

Track press date movements. Consolidate shipments to save on shipping costs.

Update the weekly report daily so that is it up to date and a true reflection of the current state of the Corporate loading and loading in all three printing plants.

What You'll Bring

Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent GED

Scheduling experience will be an asset

Minimum 1 years manufacturing or production experience

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and ISO certification considered an asset

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Outlook
