We’re looking for an energetic and innovative Game Design Mathematician with expertise in online gaming to design and develop engaging mathematical models and game mechanics that enhance the digital lottery experience across multiple platforms. You'll be joining our Digital Engagement team within our Winnipeg Office. 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, developers, product managers, and project managers throughout the full development lifecycle—from concept through launch. shape the future of online lottery entertainment. What You'll Do

• Design and develop mathematical models, payout structures, and game mechanics for digital lottery games across multiple platform
• Partner with designers, developers, and product teams to bring games from concept through launch
• Define core game logic and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a lottery environment
• Collaborate closely with engineering to implement, test, and balance math models and gameplay features
  
• Analyze game performance and recommend enhancements to improve engagement and player experience
  
• Contribute to ongoing innovation by researching trends and identifying new opportunities in online gaming

What You'll Bring

• Experience designing and developing math models and game designs for casino and/or lottery gamingExcellent knowledge of slot game and/or lottery game mathematics
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of the casino and/or lottery gaming marketplace
• Ability to analyze statistics and understand performance trends
• Experience working with a programming language (C#, JavaScript, Python, or C++ are preferred)
