We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Courier Coordinator to join our Winnipeg 140 Otter street Logistics department!
Reporting to the Logistics Warehouse Manager, you will work directly with customers and courier companies to ship customer samples and other important courier shipments with the capability to track the secure domestic and international delivery of all product distributed.
This is an excellent opportunity for those with strong organization and time management skills who thrive in a high volume, fast paced environment.

What You'll Do
- Ensure company’s current security processes and requirements are met when shipping product and compliance with ISO standards, customs regulations and international shipping terms (incoterms)
- Ensure all shipments receive the proper labeling and are packaged to arrive safely
- Accurately package, label and weigh items to be shipped and ensure proper shipment method and shipping charges
- Prepare detailed and accurate invoices to accompany shipments and ensure all items are packaged and shipped to company standards
- Practice excellent customer service when interacting with other companies and clients to maintain positive interaction
- Maintain internal record-keeping systems
- Ensure the timely execution of shipments to meet deadlines and customer bid deadlines
- Ensure accurate information is obtained & kept confidential – VAT and TAX id numbers

What You'll Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics/customs or similar role
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
