We’re looking for an innovative Digital Product Designer Level II to join our Digital Solutions team within our Winnipeg Office.
As a Digital Product Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping user-centered digital experiences across multiple projects. This role is responsible for translating business goals and user needs into clear product concepts, detailed requirement documentation, and intuitive UX and UI designs. The designer produces high-quality mock-ups, development-ready assets, and contributes to the overall design system. Working closely with the Manager of Digital Product Design and other team members, this position actively supports innovation by exploring new, engaging ways to enhance user and customer experiences.

What You'll Do
- Plan and implement new designs based on shared requirements and project goals.
- Optimize existing user interfaces to improve usability and visual consistency.
- Test for overall user experience quality and communicate actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Defend design decisions effectively using data, research, and best practices.
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, testing outcomes, and evolving requirements.
- Assist in developing technical and business requirements in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions that align with both user needs and organizational standards.
- Combine creativity with a strong understanding of PBL's design systems to ensure cohesive digital experiences.
- Create and test prototypes for new product ideas prior to implementation.
- Conduct ongoing user research and propose relevant success metrics and KPIs.
- Stay informed about current trends and guidelines across multiple design disciplines, including digital, print, and industrial design.

What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience as a UI Designer, UX Designer, or similar role
- Experience developing artwork for physical, web, and mobile products
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products
- Experience with Figma (or equivalent tools)
- Problem solving experience
