DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining secure and scalable cloud environments in AWS. This role requires hands-on experience with core AWS services, infrastructure automation, and cross-functional collaboration to support DevOps and security practices.

What You’ll Do:
-
Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure in AWS.

Implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform
-
Design and maintain core cloud infrastructure components including VPCs, subnets, route tables, transit gateways, and VPNs.

Configure and manage cloud network components including peering, NAT gateways, and security groups.
-
Administer identity and access management using AWS IAM and IAM Identity Center.

Ensure proper role-based access control and policy enforcement.

Implement and manage backup strategies using AWS Backup and other cloud-native solutions.

Monitor system performance and availability using AWS CloudWatch and Grafana.

Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Work closely with development and infosec teams to support DevOps and security initiatives.

Implement encryption, logging, and auditing best practices.

Support vulnerability scanning and remediation efforts.

What You’ll Need:

3–5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, preferably in AWS.

Strong understanding of AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, and Backup.

Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana and CloudWatch.

Knowledge of SOC2 compliance and cloud security best practices.

Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work well in a multiple location team

Ability to work with application teams and lead cloud efforts
