Finishing Line Worker

We’re looking for an ambitious professional in the position of Finishing Line Worker to join our Finishing Department team. The schedule will follow a 3-day work week, working 12-hour shifts within our Sault Ste. Marie Plant at 45 White Oak Drive East.

Reporting to the Plant Manager and Assistant Finishing Manager, the Finishing Line Worker is responsible for quality assurance inspection, packaging, and boxing of the finished product.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure the quality of the printed product is in line with customer expectations
  • Responsible for checking all printed products for errors, printing problems, or irregularities
  • Responsible for loading work onto conveyor belts/roller lines in sequential order off work pallets
  • Ensure the accuracy of the printed product and report any discrepancies that are presented
  • Responsible for rotating throughout the packaging line with completing different duties at each station

What You'll Bring

  • Grade 12 Diploma
  • Familiarity working in manufacturing, quality control or production would be an asset
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
