We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the growth and development of one to two teams within our Game Studio. Our teams design and deliver digital games end-to-end: shaping gameplay, integrating platform services, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving player experience. You’ll play a key leadership role in scaling our development practices, coaching engineers, and building teams that consistently ship high-quality games to players around the world.
Working closely with Product, Game Design, Architecture, Software Engineers, Test Engineers, you’ll guide your teams through the entire lifecycle: game ideation, development, integration, testing, release, and live operations. You’ll enable clear ownership, encourage technical excellence, and build a culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

Lead & grow 1-2 Game Studio teams: coach and empower engineers while delivering reliable, engaging games to production.

Guide the game lifecycle: support teams from early development through release and live operations.

Collaborate across disciplines: work closely with Game Design, Art, Product, Software Engineers, Test Engineers, and Architecture to shape scope and balance trade-offs.

Champion quality & delivery: embed testing, performance, and compliance while ensuring predictable, on-time releases.

Improve how we build games: streamline processes, remove bottlenecks, and share best practices across teams.

Support integrations & launches: partner with other teams and 3rd party integrators to ensure smooth deployments and stable operations.

Communicate & align: keep stakeholders informed, celebrate wins, and surface risks early.

What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of Engineering Manager or similar experience and 10+ years overall in software engineering, with solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), front-end development, and core software engineering principles.

Proven success leading autonomous, cross-functional product engineering teams, ideally with hands-on experience applying Team topologies in a scaling environment.

Solid understanding of modern cloud architectures, automated testing, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Track record of hiring, coaching and retaining engineering talent and developing high-performing, collaborative team dynamics.

Experience working in agile, iterative development environments.

Ability to align engineering execution with product and business goals.

Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
