Sales Team Assistant – Co-op

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to join our Sales & Marketing team as a Sales Team Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the Account Coordinators, Account Executives, and other team members to ensure the timely, complete, and accurate entry of data into our DiMs (ERP) system, generating customer specifications used to produce customer products. You will also assist with managing and maintaining processes, information, and documentation related to our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

What You'll Do
- Ensure the timely, complete, and accurate entry of data into the DiMs ERP system.
- Maintain the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of assigned project processes, information, and documentation, including document control, task lists, management reports, and project status reports, in accordance with departmental and ERP standards.
- Serve as a DiMs resource for the Sales & Customer Development department, supporting accurate and consistent processes and providing guidance on system-related activities.
- Monitor lottery ticket game orders to help ensure projects remain on schedule and key deadlines are met.

What You'll Bring
- 6 months - 3 years’ previous clerical or administrative experience or a combination of related post-secondary education and some experience
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced work environment
- Intermediate skills in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required
- Knowledge of office procedures, office equipment operations and professional office standards and communication
