Digital Account Manager

We’re looking for a client-centric Digital Account Manager to join our Digital Engagement team remotely within Oklahoma.   

As Digital Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our lottery clients, technology partners, and internal teams, supporting the strategic planning and day-to-day operations of Oklahoma Lottery’s Digital Engagement programs. In this role, you will translate the lottery’s vision and business objectives into strategic recommendations and coordinated digital engagement initiatives that maximize program impact and player satisfaction.

You will provide oversight and guidance across CRM, website, app, loyalty, and future digital initiatives, acting as a key liaison between the client and internal development and delivery teams. The role is responsible for aligning promotional and engagement strategies with program goals, supporting implementation, and measuring performance to ensure initiatives are optimized, and business objectives are achieved.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, leading meetings and managing client requests.
  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to provide data driven insights that will help define the client’s digital roadmap including execution tactics and marketing communications, to drive increases in acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
  • Deliver regular reporting and actionable marketing insights to internal and external stakeholders to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Act as the liaison between the customer and the internal development team for website, app, Loyalty, CRM and future initiatives.
  • Ensure successful development and execution of web and mobile content within loyalty programs.
  • Develop and deliver materials on program strategy, planning, and performance.
  • Identify and help execute marketing and engagement opportunities for bridging retail and digital channels.
  • Manage requests from Sales and Market Research teams for measurement of loyalty activities and promotions and circulate results with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage related program budgets, contract and monitor programs against key performance indicators and quantifiable objectives.
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to digital marketing coordinators.
  • Act as the subject matter expert across multiple loyalty and engagement platforms.

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ year of loyalty program experience.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated copywriting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing strategy and planning. 
  • Experience with digital applications and websites, with the ability to troubleshoot common technical and user issues.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics and BI tools.
  • Lottery experience is an asset. 
  • Prior experience mentoring junior team members preferred.
