
ERP Financial Analyst

We’re looking for a solutions-oriented ERP Financial Analyst to join our Finance team within our Winnipeg Office.
As a ERP Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the implementation and ongoing optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations across our instant ticket and iLottery divisions. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance & Treasury, you’ll work closely with our internal finance and manufacturing teams, as well as our system integrator partner, to help deliver a successful launch. Post go-live, you’ll continue to be a vital resource for the finance team - providing functional expertise, troubleshooting issues, testing system updates, and identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality. Your contributions will help drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation in our financial operations.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with internal finance stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide input into the system implementation process.
- In conjunction with our project team and integration partner, configure and customize D365 F&O to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices
- Provide functional expertise in finance, procurement, and other relevant modules of D365 FO
- Act as finance contact for manufacturing team regarding assessments and modifications required to D365 FO in conjunction with our integrated internal manufacturing system (MIS)
- Assist in the establishment and maintenance of BI and other reporting tools
- Configure and maintain workflows to support business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support to users
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and training for end-users

- Experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of ERP experience, Microsoft D365 FO an asset
- Experience working on finance ERP implementation projects in partnership with system integrators
- Proficiency in writing business requirements documentation
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) an asset
- D365 certifications would be an asset
