What You'll Do

• Ensure iLottery and digital reporting teams provide accurate and timely financial information including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages
• Revamp financial reporting processes and data collection methods to align with evolving business needs and enhance decision-making capabilities
• Direct various digital and iLottery teams in the daily operations, fostering efficiency while upholding a strong internal control environment
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide insightful variance analysis
• Deliver critical financial insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders through effective planning and analysis
• Collaborate with external auditors, advisors, and other key partners
• Research and lead the implementation of new IFRS accounting standards as required

What You'll Bring

• Graduate of CPA or legacy equivalent
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience reporting to senior management
• Experience in a software development or SaaS company
• iLottery or iGaming exposure is an asset.
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools and advanced Microsoft Office tools
