As a Technical Writer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate our lottery technology solutions, both to our customers and within our organization. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality documentation that supports product success, internal clarity, and business development efforts.

What You'll Do

• Become an expert on our lottery solutions and underlying technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and the Knowledge Management team to create a wide range of documentation that supports internal users and customers alike.
• Develop and maintain user guides, release notes, technical specifications, and internal knowledge base articles.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to end users, business stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Continuously refine and enhance the documentation experience, ensuring content is useful, consistent, and aligned with audience needs.
• Support the Business Development team by contributing technical content for responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Maintain a library of standardized technical content to streamline and strengthen proposal development.
• Review and edit proposal materials for clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a technical field such as Computer Science.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical writing or related role within a technology-driven environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a knack for translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content.
• Experience creating content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• The ability to quickly grasp technical information and write accurately about software-related topics.
• A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in understanding user needs and effectively communicating product capabilities.
• Familiarity with tools such as Paligo, Confluence, and Jira.
