We’re looking for a talented individual to join our growing product team as an Associate Product Manager within the Data Platform team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of our cloud native data platform and analytics products and establish a career in the field of product management. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of an exciting business environment, with worldwide customers and product engineering teams located in Canada, Iceland, Serbia and the UK.
Reporting into the Data Platform Product Manager, as an Data Platform Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers and the analytics teams to contribute towards product discovery, development, and delivery for Pollard Banknote’s world-class lottery platform, products, and gaming experiences.

What You'll Do
- Assist product managers by defining user stories and requirements to guide data processing through scoping and development
- Contribute to scalable data platform designs that support reporting and analytics across Europe and North America
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and measure success
- Support agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task coordination
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog based on business needs
- Advocate for the data platform within product and engineering to ensure alignment with overall product strategy
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure data is processed and documented in line with master data management standards
- Facilitate discovery and definition of reporting requirements
- Partner with project managers to align on timelines, deliverables, and progress updates
Supporting Responsibilities
- Review and collaborate on data architecture, pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data delivery solutions
- Provide guidance on security, data management, DataOps, orchestration, and software engineering best practices
- Handle ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders

What You'll Bring
- Experience contributing to the delivery and evolution of software or data platform products
- Post-secondary education in an analytical, technical, or business-related field
- Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics technologies, and SQL
- Experience working with cloud-native data platforms and agile teams
- Hands-on experience supporting data or data engineering life cycles
- Ability to collaborate with multiple development teams and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including requirements and roadmap articulation
- Working knowledge of data governance, federated models, or master data management is an asset
