We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to join the finance team in our Winnipeg office.
Reporting to the Controller, you’ll take the lead on budgeting and forecasting for the Pollard Banknote Instant Ticket Division. You will provide detailed, reliable financial analysis to various stakeholders within the organization that will be used in planning and decision making.

What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process for the Pollard Instant Ticket Division, ensuring timely and accurate submission of budgets.
- Compile and maintain the budget, including accurate budgeting of intercompany projects, including proper eliminations.
- Conduct monthly reviews of actual performance against budget. Investigate significant variances and provide meaningful analysis to identify key drivers and potential areas of risk or opportunity.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting highlighting key variances and trends.
- Provide clear, concise commentary to enhance financial transparency and support decision-making.
- Develop financial models and projections to support strategic initiatives, long-term planning, and key accounting analysis.

- A highly analytical, and detail-orientated individual with a keen eye for detail and accuracy with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights for decision making.
- A top performer who possesses excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with the local finance teams and senior management in a fast-paced work environment.
- Organized and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership along with excellent time management skills.
- Proactive and solutions-driven, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
What You'll Bring
- Graduate of CPA or legacy equivalent
- 4+ years of experience of financial data analysis, financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively
- Experience working in a multi-entity organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Tech savvy with proficiency using MS Office applications, and financial analysis tools
