We're looking for a detail-driven Game Management Coordinator to join our Game Management & Design team within our Winnipeg Office at 140 Otter Street.


This role is the connective tissue between some of the most cross-functional teams in the building — Game Planning, Creative Art, Technical Art, Sales, and Manufacturing all rely on this position to keep games and artwork moving accurately from concept through to production. What You'll Do

  • Coordinate, prioritize, and track all artwork and game-related requests to ensure smooth end-to-end workflow from design through delivery
  • Manage art files and monitor the progress of art changes across internal teams
  • Prepare and distribute reports and departmental statistics for leadership and stakeholders
  • Coordinate insert production with external printers and manage supplier relationships for insert deliverables
  • Order drawdowns, mock-ups, and contract proofs for sales and PBL innovations; update contract proof orders and deliver to sales
  • Review production and print schedules daily and notify Game Planning of relevant updates
  • Ensure all documentation, specifications, artwork, and data entries are accurate and complete prior to print
  • Support clear and timely communication across Game Planners, Creative Art, Technical Art, Proofreading, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Admin Services, and Shipping

What You'll Bring

  • Grade 12 diploma; Business Administrative Degree or equivalent is required
  • Must have: 2-3 years of experience in a customer service and adminstration roles
  • Experience in workflow coordination or administrative support
  • Experience in a print or manufacturing environment is a strong asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
