Digital Account Manager

We’re looking for a customer-focused Digital Account Manager to join our Digital Engagement team remotely within the United States (Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred).

In this role, you’ll manage relationships with key lottery clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service while helping them grow through Pollard’s digital solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, business intelligence, and commercial teams to drive client success, product innovation, and long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain relationships with high-profile lottery clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction 
  • Develop a strong understanding of client goals and recommend digital solutions that support their growth
  • Collaborate with clients, internal product teams, and third-party partners to build long-term product roadmaps
  • Ensure timely delivery of digital product functionality aligned with client priorities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver major initiatives and communicate progress clearly to clients
  • Monitor and resolve customer support issues to maintain a smooth client experience
  • Identify opportunities to optimize revenue across client digital platforms (mobile and desktop)
  • Document recommendations and requirements to support product enhancements and innovation
  • Share best practices internally and with clients to drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular business review meetings and maintain organized account documentation
  • Manage backlogs of client requests and ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed on client objectives, feedback, and satisfaction

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client relationship management
  • Experience working with digital products, digital marketing, operations, or digital project delivery is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage large accounts and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and collaborate across teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in the lottery or gaming industry is considered an asset
