We’re looking for an Analyst, IT & Digital Administration to join our IT & Digital team to work hybrid in our Winnipeg office.

The Administrative Analyst plays a key role in keeping our IT organization running smoothly behind the scenes. This role supports financial tracking, reporting, executive-level materials, and day-to-day administrative coordination - helping ensure leadership has clear, accurate, and well-organized information to support decision-making.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, comfortable working with numbers, and confident supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with tracking departmental budgets and preparing monthly reports on actual spend
  • Support time-tracking activities to ensure accurate cost allocatio
  • Analyze trends, validate data, and work with teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiency
  • Assist in creating clear, visually compelling presentations for executive updates and meetings
  • Format documents, reports, and correspondence to maintain consistent organizational standards
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President, IT & Digital, including calendar coordination and meeting preparation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review customer billing details and confirm resource utilization
  • Help organize team events, coordinate travel, and support day-to-day administrative needs
  • Maintain professional, consistent formatting across departmental documents and presentations
  • Ensure materials meet organizational and quality standards

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative analyst, administrative assistant or similar role with exposure to budgeting and reportin
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, and well-structured document
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving tools, systems, and processes
  • Prior experience supporting IT, digital, or technical teams is an asset
