We’re looking for IT Compliance Administrator to join our IT Management & Governance team within our Winnipeg Office.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support IT compliance and audit activities through coordination, documentation management, and governance platform administration. This role assists the IT Compliance Manager with day-to-day operations related to audits, regulatory compliance, and client security requests.

What You'll Do

  • Responsibilities include administering the OneTrust GRC platform, coordinating audit interviews, tracking auditor documentation requests, collaborating with internal teams to gather information and meet deadlines, organizing materials for auditor review, and coordinating responses to client security questionnaires.
  • Support the maintenance of compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Assist with the collection, organization, and secure management of audit and assessment evidence to support compliance activities.
  • Prepare compliance reports, summaries, and dashboards to provide management with insights for monitoring, decision-making, and review.


What You'll Bring

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment while contributing to shared goals.
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools preferred, ideally including familiarity with OneTrust (training provided).
  • Foundational knowledge of IT compliance and security frameworks, including standards such as ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
  • Interest in professional development and pursuing relevant certifications, such as ISO 27001 Foundation.
