We're looking for a detail-oriented, technically minded Solution Design Analyst to support the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions across our online lottery and gaming platform. In this cross-functional role, you'll capture business requirements, model processes using BPMN, and ensure our solutions meet the expectations of both our internal stakeholders and our valued customers.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements that support strategic growth and operational improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Liaise with the Operations team to troubleshoot issues, assess evolving business needs, and provide day-to-day solution support.
• Monitor and evaluate third-party integrations to ensure they are delivering value, meeting business objectives, and identifying opportunities for optimization or cost reduction.
• Support the Digital Engagement team—including Executive, Customer Success, and Loyalty functions—by contributing to client initiatives, product demonstrations, and strategic solution alignment.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to plan and execute testing activities, track progress, and communicate results to stakeholders.

• An individual with strong business judgment and decision-making skills required to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. An advanced degree or equivalent job experience is desirable.
• 3–5 years of experience working in a Business Analyst, Solution Designer, or similar role.
• Proven experience in process modeling; experience with Camunda and BPMN notation is an asset.
• Strong technical understanding of platform architecture, APIs, and database logic.
• Experience with SQL for data analysis is an asset.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Products (JIRA, Confluence) used for requirements gathering and work/task collaboration.
• Ability to learn and adjust quickly to a dynamic and changing environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
