We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team to work hybrid in our Winnipeg office (Mon–Fri 8:30 am – 4:30 pm).

The Account Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Account Executives in managing client accounts and ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish. This role is highly collaborative and detail-oriented, acting as a liaison between internal teams and clients to keep timelines, specifications, and deliverables on track. You’ll help ensure our products are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Support Account Executives with day-to-day account management activities and project coordination
  • Prepare and manage customer specifications and product details in line with company standards
  • Coordinate across internal teams (Game Development, Prepress, Scheduling, Shipping) to ensure projects move forward efficiently
  • Monitor timelines and help ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Act as an internal point of contact for assigned accounts, communicating updates, changes, and issues
  • Maintain organized project documentation, files, and records for active and completed work
  • Assist with large-scale initiatives such as RFPs and special projects
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities and assisting Account Executives
  • Provide excellent customer service through timely responses and proactive communication
  • Participate in meetings, prepare summaries, and follow up on action items

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a customer service, client support, or account coordination role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Primarily in Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
