We’re looking for impact-oriented Manager, Sales & Marketing to join our Sales & Marketing team within our Winnipeg Office at 140 Otter Street.
As a Manager, Sales & Marketing, you will manage customer relationships and projects within their portfolio and execute the overall sales strategy to ensure customer and company goals are met. With oversight from their supervisor, is responsible for managing sales and marketing activities related to their portfolio of clients as well as prospective paper or paperless product lottery customers. In addition, the Manager, Sales & Marketing oversees the work and activities of their direct reports.

What You'll Do
- Participate in establishing the sales strategy for assigned clients and works to ensure that threats to level of service or quality are identified and resolved or elevated.
- Support the strategic direction for sales/marketing activities; directly responsible to achieve sales growth, grow customer base and reach forecasted sales budget.
- Fosters a culture of going “above and beyond” for customers and maintain strong, positive relationships.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of work, delivering timely and effective problem resolution aligned with customer expectations and goals
- Provide leadership, development and motivation to a group of professional staff and build enduring relationships with management and staff in other areas of the company.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met by all departments and the customer.

What You'll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in a sales and marketing environment with a strong focus on account management.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an undergraduate degree required, with an MBA or other advanced degree considered an asset.
- Business-to-Business experience preferred over Business-to-Consumer.
- Experience leading or supervising others is an asset.
- Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with highly developed presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgets, RFPs, and pricing.
- Skilled in contract negotiation and conflict resolution
