We're looking for a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our Finishing department in the position of Folder Machine Assistant. Reporting to the Plant Manager and Assistant Finishing Manager, this position is responsible for efficiently operating and maintaining the folder machine in our production facility. The Folder Machine Assistant plays a vital role in tasks such as building perf cylinders, changing blades, and ensuring the organized preparation and stacking of the final product.

What You'll Do
- Build perf cylinders and change blades for upcoming games, ensuring the proper functioning of the folder machine.
- Actively participate in make-readies and engage in preventative maintenance to optimize machine performance.
- Support Folder operators in various aspects of machine operation, contributing to a seamless production process.
- Organize and tend to rolls on the floor, preparing them for splicing and subsequent processing.
- Execute precise cutting of products into stacks of 17 lbs. or less, maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and adhere to Health & Safety, Quality, and Security policies.

What You'll Bring
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma or GED
- Mechanical experience and experience adhering to Health and Safety policies
- Computer skills with experience using a database or spreadsheet software
- Willingness to work overtime and to travel for training
